About Jennifer
Jennifer Kang, CFP® brings more than 15 years of experience in Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch and HSBC. She has practiced in Honolulu, Los Angeles and New York City. Her desire is to deliver financial literacy and raise the bar on financial advice by lowering fees and having no asset minimums.
Jennifer is a member of XY Planning Network, CFP®, NAPFA, Fee-Only Network and Wealthtender.
Purpose of the Firm
JWK is a flat fee-only platform that offers comprehensive financial planning for busy professionals. We look to partnering with our clients so that they can spend time doing what they enjoy and leave the complicated financial matters to us.
The "Why"
Jennifer's passion for the financial services industry was born in 2005 when she was introduced to the Certified Financial Planning program in college. She was drawn to the idea of helping people, ideally in a profession that didn’t involve the sight of blood. This led her to embark on a journey with Merrill Lynch and over the span of 15 years, she worked her way up to the Financial Planner she is today.
